Very nice

Feels overhyped

- Motion sickening, clunky controls, overtuned flinch, vehicles feel terrible, bland graphics/colors
+ Voice-chat, people actually res you, feels mostly stable, easy to run

Note: Might be exactly what certain people want out of a battlefield game

It's free.
Most fun I've had playing PvE in a MMORPG; the challenging abyss dungeons are incredibly fun with friends.
PvP is fun and separated from the pay to win completely.

Personally, the amount fun I've gotten out of this game outweighs the cons for the the review. However, the cons are a deal breaker to many.


Cons (PvE):
Level 1 - 50 feels like a long tutorial (unless you like linear story progression)
Preys on the fear of missing out / falling behind
The difficulty of the game gatekeeps casual players
Heavily pay to progress

Daily gameplay loop restricts how much you can do in one day on one character; late game feels like a chore simulator -> gear gambling simulator
Feels more like a mobile game than a mmorpg

If you want to play more games than just this game, you'll fall behind
If you're unlucky & inefficient with building your gear, you'll fall behind
If you don't want to make multiple alts to farm resources daily, you'll fall behind

While playable, it is not worth the box price.
"Most" of the major issues have gotten better, so it can be worth a try if you pay 20$ or less
- Mouse input is still bad
- Most maps need a heavy rework (lack of cover and synergy for infantry)
- Overall balance of weapons and vehicles are questionable

Experiencing this game spoiler free is one of the most unique and beautiful gaming experiences out there~ ♡

Superb rollback netcode, amazing art direction, satisfying combat.
The most fun i've ever had in a fighting game~ <3
