Graveyard Keeper is a great combination of farming sim, RPG, & adventure game, with some Factorio-style automation mechanics & a very dark sense of humour.

The game feels very open-ended, & gives you a lot of freedom to figure things out for yourself, with very little hand-holding. A few of the mechanics feel a little obtuse, but in general I found that if I was stuck on a task, I could just switch my attention to something else & the answer would eventually uncover itself. There's a real satisfaction to be had in unlocking new equipment & materials, & in moving from simple goals like creating new gravestones, to grander projects like a wine production line run by zombies.

My only real gripes are that a few of the quests are very RNG-dependent, & that in some cases the automation options don't go far enough, requiring you to constantly return to your farms to restock them with seeds, for example.

Overall I've really enjoyed the time I've spent with the game, including its first 2 DLCs, & I'm really looking forward to seeing what's next.
