While short, Airborne Kingdom was a refreshing twist on the city builder genre with some gorgeous visuals and a fascinating world. Being able to fly a city around and contend with issues like tilt and weight kept things interesting.

I'd happily buy an expansion with some more interesting world quests and economy changes, but I'm satisfied with the game as-is.

Didn't end up finishing it but I had a good time with Per Aspera. The management and economy layer was engaging and interesting while the narrative applied a novel twist to the standard city builder genre. It seemed quite well researched and grounded in reality. The interface and visuals are really understated and well done.

The only real issues I faced were some performance issues in the late game and some unexplained intricacies of the worker system that limited my progression. Apart from that I'd recommend it!

Great first introduction to VR and plenty of challenge for long term enjoyment,

700 hours and I'm still pretty bad at this. 10/10, would recommend.
