Amerikkalaiset suklaamuffinssit

Raaka-aineet

100 g voita/margariinia
2,5 dl sokeria
2 kananmunaa
1 dl maitoa
4 dl vehnäjauhoja
1 dl kaakaojauhetta
2 tl vanilliinisokeria
2 tl leivinjauhetta
0,5 tl suolaa
120 g rouhittua taloussuklaata

Ohjeet

1. Vatkaa pehmeä voi ja sokeri hyvin keskenään.

2. Lisää kananmunat yksitellen hyvin sekoittaen.

3. Sekoita kuivat aineet keskenään ja lisää ne taikinaan vuorotellen maidon kanssa.

4. Sekoita suklaarouhe taikinaan. (Itse laitoin lisäksi myös hieman valkosuklaata)

5. Laita muffinssivuoat muffinssipellille ja jaa taikina muffinssivuokiin.

6. Paista 200'c n. 20 min.
