Bought it because I love Adventure Time, was not disappointed at all. It's a relatively easy and cozy game which makes it great for a chill relaxing evening with a controller. Original voice acting also makes it more immersive into the AT universe which is much appreciated. Only complaint is I wish they had expanded more on the game. It's a good enough base game that I feel they could have made expansion packs for new stories/missions.

This is the best free game I think I've ever found. I enjoy going to my shift at my supermarket more than I do my own job.

This is a great departure from the traditional games most people play. It brings a new breath of life (ironically) into a text adventure and manages to keep you interested due to the pacing. Each "playthough" can be completed in 1-2hrs but you'll have to do it many times in order to get all the achievements and fully understand the depth of the game and story. Highly recommend if you're looking for something that's laid back and enjoy grim humor.

I started playing this on mobile first and when I saw there was a Steam version I went ahead and got that too to make things easier when I'm at a computer. Here's the good and the bad:
Good:
1. You don't HAVE to pay to play the game. It can be a grind and buying in-game currency can help, but you can still play and win without it.
2. They frequently have sales on in-game gold so if you do decide to throw a little money in you can get a good deal sometimes.
3. You can have multiple campaigns going on at once.
4. It's surprisingly in-depth for a mobile game. There's a lot of strategy, research, and I like the fact a game could go on for weeks. It makes it addicting and easy to put down and check throughout the day. However the in-game clock never stops so you'll want to check it frequently enough, particularly in the end-game.

The bad:
1. Players abandon servers pretty quick. Don't be surprised if after a little while it's just you and a couple other people.
2. The Steam version doesn't zoom in as far as mobile. This can make it particularly difficult in congested map areas.
3. Morale. As you conquer cities, there are only a few things you can do to boost morale and prevent insurgents from taking over. It simply doesn't improve fast enough so you'll often have to keep soldiers parked in cities which makes it difficult to keep advancing.
4. Uneven resource distribution. Some countries are better than others for having a good balance of resources. Unless you start conquesting early, don't be surprised if you run out of resources fast. This will inhibit your ability to make new units, research, and build.

Overall I like this game way more than I expected. With a few adjustments it could be even better. Especially if they offered a friends-only co-op mode.

There may be a lot of survival games out there, but Rust is probably the most difficult and raw. I've logged hundreds of hours on other survival games and while it's fairly simplistic in some regards, it's the hardest to consistently survive. For me, that's the beauty of it as it's hard to get overly creative and lose the fear-factor of dying. You'll probably die from hunger the first time you play it and that's neat. No leveling up, no special perks, just the same across the board for everyone. This game is also better with friends as your base will require constant upkeep. One minute you're armored and all-powerful, the next minute you're naked on a beach with a rock and a torch. That's Rust.

This is one of those classic "I'm just gonna play for an hour... oh look I've been playing for 14 hours" games.

While it may be in alpha still and certainly has a few performance issues, this game is incredibly addicting, particularly in multi-player. The ammount of potential here is incredible and I'm confident that the ongoing updates will only make it better.

If you are a fan of Minecraft, Fallout, or Left 4 Dead, This game is a must buy. Take advantage of the sales and buy it in bulk to share with your friends.
