as a mulana sicko i enjoyed this lots.

im not allergic to being challenged by games so i didnt find it punishing or overbearing. the map size and amount of teleporters make backtrack-exploration not a hassle. you cant grind enemies for health but i find that to be a positive. the grapple was super weird at the start but i came around to it. lategame powerups are mondo cool. many ah-ha moments when solving smartypants stuff.

if your only interest is the metroidvania part it does that dang well, but has plenty more for those seeking it.
