I clean

Even though I got killed and had my 20+ hours character destroyed in the most BS way. (Invisible glitching Zombie)

I now see DayZ in a completely different way, an even better way. Now I'm not bothered by losing all the gear I've spent hours looting and hoarding.
I'm also happy to find the smallest scrap of loot.

I am now having much more fun with the game and I was having fun with it in the first place. I'm now playing on more populated servers because I don't have the fear of losing the gear I was hoarding.

Bear in mind that I seem to be one of the few that understand that DayZ is still in Alpha and has its problems. It's not finished yet, it has barely got started. But yet it is still playable and still enjoyable.

DayZ is currently in a stage of what I like to think of as an extended 'tutorial'. Every week they add some new thing(s) for you to get used to and by the time you do, they release the new update.

If you want a finished, polished game that other people have already had hours of fun with and have gotten used to all the mechanics as they are released. Then you might want to think about buying something else until DayZ DEv team have finished.

As for me... I'll be having fun week in, week out with this game. If you do buy this game, maybe I'll see you around Chernarus. Just remember... Don't trust anyone you don't already know. They will kill you for a tin of beans.
