this game is basically titanfall before the war. map feels a little big now but still 8/10 do recommend. im a sucker for mech games.

This is one of the most creative games I've ever played. 10/10 do recommend. I initially found this game during post-OneShot depression and was looking for another game that messed with my files, as I thought that was a really cool concept. However. I got about a third of the way through a while ago and then got distracted and forgot all about it. I came back to it recently to finish it and I am very glad I did. I had a blast playing this and the ending kind of hit me. Can't wait to see Lumi in other titles!

It's like the developers of this game had no clue what made Hawken, Hawken. Sure, the mechs do look mostly the same and
you still have the features like dashing and quick turn and enemy mechs, but it still doesn't feel anything like source material. Hawken was a PVP arena shooter game where you were placed in this colorless, bland dystopian world fighting in heavy, slow, powerful mechs. This game is an extraction shooter where you dash across the map to go fight AI mechs and ground infantry (because that makes sense) while you're looking for boxes and scrap to shoot open. They took my funny mech game and waayy overcomplicated it. And for what? Who was asking for a Hawken extraction shooter?

This is not my HAWKEN. 3/10
