I understand the frustration that this can cause you but I can see that some of the content that was deleted actually was not suitable for the platform.
Making fun of people, in general, is not acceptable in the platform, sometimes we are not aware of the reasons why a person would make the decisions they make, even if it goes in detriment of their health keeping that in mind, when we remove something, let's say, an image that mocks an overweight person, is not with the intention of promoting a behavior but avoid making people in that condition feel that they are worthy of mockery.
