That's such unfortunate. Looking around the interweb, look like the bug had been there for a quiet some time. Is there no way to push it up? I can't imagine that it would take a great effort to solve a simple visual bug.

It's a bug on Valve's end :( It was fixed for like a month and then reverted back to being broken. Best bet is just to post it on the dev forums and hope.
