Brizzle, my goofy brother, I apologize for such a rude intrusion but I see no other way than to gather what help I can. The modding community has, for decades, helped enhance, fix, create, and innovate games as we know them today. So, Valve, in direct opposition of the freedom of modding as a hobby and passtime, is now charging fees for downloads of mods. And if that isn't enough, they are also removing previously free mods from free modding websties and making the only outlet for them through a paywall. Please, if not for me, an estranged friend, then for the potentiel future of modding itself sign this petition if we are to have any chance of stemming this wave of corporate greed!
