Fun gameplay, really good netcode, and not an endless grind like MMO raid games. There is a good level of progression including 5 more characters to unlock, many item sets, and trinkets for long term goals and for the completionists. This game also offers really well crafted difficulty progression as well. Conquering each difficulty feels amazing. Getting better at this game is SATISFYING and addicting.

There is a sizable jump in difficulty from Hard to Lunar, but I am looking forward to eventually beating Lunar. I haven't run into anything that feels unfair so far, there's just a learning curve and memorization. So far I have mostly played solo or duos, and I can say that duo is probably the easiest. Definitely going to get a 4 person session going and laugh at the pure chaos and death that ensues.

EDIT: Beating Lunar was challenging but really fun. It required us to review videos and plan for mechanics because everything happens so quickly. Once you get the hang of the fights it becomes automatic just like the previous difficulties. Also, 4 player is just as chaotic as expected and I highly suggest playing the game with others. Public lobbies are wholesome and the community is super understanding and welcoming of new players.

The game offers split screen and online coop, with the ability to mix those two which is always appreciated. I have also been using remote play (local network) and it works fantastic with essentially zero latency. The game is best played on keyboard (no mouse) or controller, but I definitely prefer keyboard. There are guides in steam to use multiple keyboards for local play if that's your preference.

Ultrawide is supported but the playing area is still roughly 16:9. That said, there are no black bars and they did a good job of making it look good.

Did I mention the OST? It is incredible!

If you're on the fence, check out the demo. It gives you a good feel for how the game works and it currently supports coop as well. I suggest the game at full price all day long. One of my favorite games of the year so far.

Strong, versatile, and stable across any terrain.

690L of total fuel, 2 spare tires, and 450 repair points make it a capable recovery vehicle. Max fuel usage is around 17-18L/min, very low for a vehicle its size.

It has some unique addon combinations including a 2 slot with rear crane and trailer, 3 slot bed, and a custom water tank.
The only drawbacks are the lack of a few add-ons (primarily loading bed and logging) and the protruding "chin" that can get stuck occasionally.

This thing is a beast. Better than the 605R in most ways, but it is larger and harder to turn and the chin gets stuck more than the 605R. This is easily the best standalone DLC truck to date.

Early Access Review
Crab Gang approved.

This game has captured me like few others. Personally, it is the movement that makes it stand apart from other rougelikes. It is both challenging and rewarding, which has kept my interest while hunting achievements. The cosmetic challenges are fun and a good reason to keep playing and trying new things. The difficulties are fair and well balanced, and I look forward to additional difficulties being added in the future.

The developer support is simply astounding considering it is a 1 man effort. We already have 3 sizable updates within 2 weeks of release. The roadmap has great items that will only improve and polish on the great game that exists today. Most games that start in early access have glaring gaps in content, but this game has a surprising amount of quality on release.

This game is very fairly priced. If you enjoy Risk of Rain or Gunfire Reborn, there is a very strong chance you'll pour hours into this game. I recommend it at full price.

Also Steam Deck compatible, very well optimized too. Initial setup requires touch once, but game works flawlessly after that. The developer also added official UI support for 1280x800. I would recommend trying gyro controls. Mouse and keyboard is definitely the better way to play, though.

Fantastic drift game for new drifters or seasoned veterans looking for an arcade drifting experience. Great assortment of cars, customization, and mods out of the box. Tuning seems very robust, coming from Forza Horizon myself. The tuning in this game will transform how your car handles, and you can really hone in on your ideal setup. There are additional maps and customization are behind the season pass, but you can try out those maps in MP to see if you like them first. There is also a robust modding community with the ability to play on custom maps, share liveries and tunes, and make some really nice changes to UI, lighting, and more. There is a sizable amount of people in every lobby running Kino Mod for this game, and you can even use it in vanilla servers.

I tried playing with a wheel but I prefer controller for a more casual experience. M+KB is also supported, but likely hard to master.

This is a GREAT Steam Deck game as well. I wanted something I can just hop into and rip a couple of laps, and this is perfect for that need. Launching Forza takes forever and I prefer something entirely drift focused.

I come from Forza Horizon and felt right at home in this game. The new tracks, mods, and tuning capabilities will keep me playing. Mastering this game and just hanging out in tandem lobbies has been an absolute blast. The community is pretty respectful and there's always someone good to learn something from. Well worth the money I spent, highly recommend!

Surprised by how much fun I'm having in this game. I wanted another golf experience after playing golf with your friends. PGA 2K21 offers a nuanced gameplay with a wide array of difficulty settings to make any player happy. If you're looking for another game to golf with friends, this is a fantastic option. So many courses including community ones. I've been having a blast as a complete golf newbie, get this game!

I saw SNOW progress all the way from the very beginning, you wouldn't believe how long the game didn't even have sound. I paid for the game in its infancy, and watched them slowly add features. It was a fun game for what it was then: a large map with plenty of places to explore, fun (although unrealistic) gameplay, and very little besides skiing and maybe the gear your character wore. They added a pretty cool map that was modeled after the Fochi 2014 slopestyle course, which was free (then). I poured hours into this game during this time. If they had just stopped updating the game there, and completely disappeared, I would be less disappointed than I am now. Once they shifted to earning these customizations in game, the pay-to-play quickly took hold. First it was the skis/clothes, then it was items like the snowmobile, and then eventually special events in the game. Then Steep came out, decimating everything this game offers with more maps, higher quality controls and a campaign. And sound! The developers just decided to do financial damage control and put a paywall on the entire game with an "Ultimate Edition" DLC that was just giving you access to the base game (that you used to play) with the microtransactions skimmed off. And people that supported the game from the beginning are way too frustrated to pay for access to it at this point. It was a good run while it lasted, but no longer.
