well, let's be objective

the graphic, actually about, outdated,... because the game released around 2 decades ago
the mechanism? pretty unique
you need to farm rice and get some water to buy almost everything...
yea, the main currency in this game is rice and water, let's say they make these as barter item
you need building material to build dojo, then you pay using rice & water, and voilla, a dojo has been constructed
you want to upgrade your army, use yin/yang, you could get in from a war, killing enemy, or destroy enemy's building
actually, i hate max army's cap... it's only 40.
