I've played through a pirated version of VA-11 Hall-A back around 3 years ago and I just now picked it up on sale. The developers deserve every cent for this masterpiece.

This game is amazing. Seriously. It's worth getting for the music alone. Michael Kelly's score suits the world so well. The atmosphere that it conveys with the combination of the writing, the graphics and the immaculate soundtrack literally transport you to Glitch City.

I'm not a fan of visual novels (this is the only one I've ever played), but this one is great, highly recommended.

Eagerly awaiting Sukeban's next project!!

I put in around 100 hours into the pirated version of the game before buying it on Steam, so bear that in mind.

Civ VI is a great game. IMO it expands on what made Civ V great, while introducing more depth to various aspects (e.g. the new district mechanic, social polices, ...) and fundamentally altering others.

Don't bother trying to play it without the DLCs though, they are essential for the full experience and the game plays entirely differently without them.

The UI/UX could use work in a lot of places, but certain community mods from the Workshop can fix that (e.g. CQUI).

All in all, highly recommended.

Probably my favorite campaign DLC:

+ breathtaking locations
+ a really good story and nice sidequests (sidequests are a little repetitive but the locations are all so good that getting to traverse them makes it worth it)
+ lots of new unique gear with new unique mechanics (Blade's uniques)
+ the final mission is repeatable and you get to fight the final boss again (infinitely if you use the UCP)
+ a really good soundtrack

Some of the bosses were kinda a letdown (H3RL-3, Roscoe) but if you use the UCP they're farmable and have good gear in their lootpools.

In addition to that, unlike the other campaign DLCs, it includes two raid bosses (Master Gee and Hyperius).

The UCP also makes Benny the Booster respawnable and makes him drop the Sand Hawk.

Most people consider this to be the best campaign-DLC for BL2. I consider all of them equally amazing so I can't comment on its ranking, but I can say that:

the areas and the atmosphere are absolutely breathtaking
the story is really good (and sad ;( )
it's got the most unique enemies out of all the DLCs (perhaps tied with Hammerlock's DLC in this category)
it's got lots of new mechanics including Butt Stallion, new vending machines, new chests, eridium altars, etc...
it's got lots of new unique gear that's actually worth farming
it's got well-designed farmable bosses and a raid boss (ancient dragons of destruction)

One of my favorite DLCs.

Absolutely love the industrial-like areas and the industrial atmosphere. (Beatdown, Southern Raceway...). The story and the sidequests are really good as well.

It adds some new uniques (Kitten, Boom Puppy, Cobra, Pocket Rocket...), but doesn't provide any incentive for you to farm any of the bosses. The UCP however fixes that by adding the Kitten and the Baby Maker to Motor Mamma's loot pool, along with making Piston be able to drop any random Torgue legendary (he already has a chance to drop the Slow Hand).

The new common enemies aren't that innovative or unique, mostly just bandits and the respective variants that you encounter throughout the base game (sometimes reskinned though).

Also adds the new Torgue vending machines (aka another way to farm a perfect DPUH lol) and a new raid boss (Pyro Pete).

Another amazing gem from Behemoth.

Too bad the game is broken on Linux. The devs haven't bothered to provide a fix for over 2 years. You can get it working by preloading a bunch of shared libs and editing the binary with hex editor, but even that's iffy and may not work.

The game is older than some of the people rating it negatively.
