Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a brilliant for the avid competitive and casual gamer.
The competitive mode is for those who want to play ranked games against players of a similar skill level and location in the world. It is in a 5v5, first to 16 format, where 15 on 15 is a tie and rematches can be voted on. However, it is my preference to play ESEA, due to the amount of hackers on the competitive games.

The casual mode is for players to relax in a 10v10 gamestyle where a Defusal or Hostage Rescue mission can be played. It is greak for players who are starting out or want to warm up before their competitive game.

Players can also play on Community ran servers, these could be; Aim Maps, Deathmatches, Clan Practice Server or anything you want.

The game runs smoothly on a basic PC, and runs excellently on a top-range gaming PC.
The addition of the Arms Deal update has added an extra sense of depth into the game, and allows for players to trade items and make money buy selling their unlocked / dropped items on the Community Market.
