I love card games and Marvel stories. This has a bunch of both.

This combat in the game really makes the heroes feel powerful. It isn't like other strategy games with a chance to hit roll and RNG mechanics that dictate whether you win or reload from last save. It's basically Slay the Spire with some environmental battlefield elements.

The setting of the game is fun. Especially if you play it around the spooky season.

The characters are cool. Magik and Spidey are my favorites from the comics and it is cool to see a good mix of heroes here. The combat mechanics also allow for neat team-up combos.

While this game does have issues with feeling a bit repetitive, I still enjoyed my time and had very minor frustrations with the game design.
