While checking link account like other said is right u must also make sure your Ea account is active this why my subscription wasn't added to the account i found this out while on phone to them in order sorting the . so make sure u use right launcher account is linked and your ea is active

while game seem daughting to new player if u like mmos and space stick with it learn from experinced players you love it
