Some serious potential here. Had a lot of fun bhopping and noscoping. With some refinements this could be great!

To me it feels like wasted potential. The character creation lacks far too many options. I'd rather be able to change the height and weight of my character than to customize their genitals and teeth.
You can't even get a haircut in this game.
The talk of "cybernetic implants" is misleading. It's just like small bonuses. They don't show up on your actual character. If you wanted to make an actual cyborg it is not possible in this game.
There's no way to upgrade or change the look of your car.
The combat doesn't feel very responsive.
Every enemy is a bullet sponge and can take at least a few headshots without any real crippling effects on them. Not very RPG.
I've had it happen multiple times where a quest would break and you'd have to load another one and try again.
The bugs and glitches are annoying sure but the core gameplay mechanics is where this game is lacking.
