Honestly, this is a great sequel to its predecessor, and a blast to play. The adventures of my Omen continue, as I continue to unhealthily obsess over my beloved wannabe Dark Lord Aurion, skirt around my mother's overbearing shadow, unleash armies of fantasy students upon my enemies, and kick rules to the curb because evil, baby!! Seriously, I love this series so much and hope to see it continue on into junior and senior year. At least let it end happily with my glorious destiny rulling a vast dark kingdom from the lap of my wonderfully evil Lord Aurion. MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! (seriously, need more games like this that just let you be the villain you want to be. =D)

A really fun game with macabre humor. Yet there's something addicting about making a nice cemetary and selling townspeople some long pork.

My honest opinion after beating the game...I really frickin loved this game and its storyline.

Seriously worth buying, and you really don't have to bother to much with the 500 npcs if you don't want to. Doesn't really add anything unless you are playing above normal difficulty and want the added benefits of completing those traumas.

Otherwise, I really enjoyed the story and the characters. I loved being able to join the musicians to and get to know them and their motives. I found by the end of the game, I actually liked the musicians as people more then the go-home club members. I am particularly fond of Sweet-P, Ike-P, Shonen-Doll, and Kuchinashi. I even thought I wouldn't like Stork, but he turned out ok.

I'd say the only real cons to this game were the strange ways of completing npc quests (add to party, then give item or drag underleveled to a powerful enemy battle), the way battles can drag on at the end (some lag once enemy defeated), and Japan's obsession with fat-shaming. Seriously, my whole go-home club (the supposed good guys) spitting nasty stuff at ladies who really aren't that big. I also felt like you never get to really dive into the MC's trauma, but I suppose that allowed me more freedom in my mental canon for why my MC was in Mobius to start with.

Still, if you love rpgs and a good story set in the modern world, or you are a fan of vocaloids and their music, this was a great game and deserves a try. I'm even considering playing new game+ as the female MC, as I wouldn't mind going through the story again.

Cute, Fun, and Cheap. Can't complain about this little gem. It scratches that itch for some BL love mixed with a semi-evil protagonist. I just wish I could have more! And Sergei get a kiss picture. (seriously, why does Hunter get all the smooches? xD)

(warning for game spoilers)

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is a decent rpg, but a rather bit of a letdown when compared to The Stick of Truth. That's all I could think by the ending credits of the game.

I feel like, The Fractured But Whole should have came out before Stick of Truth, as its significantly less funny, less shocking, and less enjoyable then Stick of Truth was. In their attempt to tone down the offensive fun of south park, the game makes up most of its comedy by relying on even MORE fart and poop jokes then the first game, and significantly less on other forms of comedy.

Furthermore, the game plays more like a marathon of CNN. While Stick of Truth had it all...Abortion babies, Nazi Zombies, Aliens and Government Officials, Retro Canada, and Underpants Gnomes (taking you through a fun and wild ride that left you laughing and looking forward to what will happen next); Fractured But Whole mostly hits on the last years controversies like Cops and Racism, PC shenanigans, and other SJW crap like Microagressions. (though there is a bit of utherworld cthulhu tossed in) The whole game felt like it was holding back on being the in your face funny, creative, and offensive that one expects from South Park.

You also never really get as much option or control like Stick of Truth offered. You can't choose sides, so you are pretty much Cartman's goon even if you were hoping you could side with Professor Chaos or The Freedom Pals instead. And you hope by the end credits you get that chance to hit the button to say something, like telling the boys to f off, but unlike Stick of Truth...you are completely silent to the very end and beyond.

The ending battle was also a bit anticlimatic, hardly holding a candle to Stick of Truth's final boss. Still, if you liked the first game, its not bad to pick up the game and play. Just be warned that you may love it, or feel a bit empty by the end.

(also, all this focus on defining gender, sexuality, and race....yet there were no Ethnicity options like British, German, or French? Really? There were options for Dane and Czech and Slovakian and Russian...but no British? Bleh.)

I don't always review, but when I do...its either because the game is super good or super crap.

And this...was soooooooooooooooooooooooo GOOD.

Humour, Interesting comboing battle mechanics, amusing characters...this was such a treat to play. Although if you are good at being creative, you can guess the plot pretty quickly, but that doesn't take away from the sheer enjoyment of this little gem. It was totally worth the purchase.

And I'm not afraid to say it! I so badly ship D'vil and Ralph. xD <3

For a Demo, its good...though a bit lacking in things to build. My biggest complaint is the strange, unexplained rules for building placement. There is a mass amount of open space for the building, yet it refuses to let you place the building. Or there is a nice spot you want to place the farm, but nope...won't let you.

I AM GOD! I should be able to place this building where I want it and even bulldoze the little house a nugget dares to build in the spot I've prepared for said farm.

But yeah, I look forward to the future of this game.

Rather impressed. It's nothing groundbreaking, but its a fun little game with a decent story and enjoyable characters. I enjoyed the game aspect of it all, although being new to the series, I struggled a bit at the first bonus food level that seems to harken to an older series of theirs. The challenges set for each level were a nice change of pace and indeed added an element of strategy worthy of the term "challenge". The difficulty wasn't overly hard, but just right in my opinion.

While I think the best character in this story was lost to soon, I loved the main girl and was more then happy with who she ended up with in the end romantically.

All in all, it was a fun game that took me a solid 12 hours, non-stop playthrough with all achievements earned, with minimal replay per level. But I still think I got a lot for the price I paid. I hope these devs create more little gems like this.

A pretty good Nancy Drew game. I enjoy when Nancy Drew games focus on more serious mysteries like murder, kidnapping, etc.

My only complaint at the end of the game was the entire game was to dark, with no way in the settings to adjust brightness. This made it often very hard for me to see anything, and I found myself squinting a lot and missing things.

Wanted to play a nice easy mode game as a leisurely farming dynasty. Started my dynasty with a wonderful lady, who married a man who couldn't even do anything on the farm, and kept it clean. We were simple folk, content to sell sheep and wheat. Then our neighbor, the Guild Master and rival farming dynasty, decided to send thugs after my lady.

After rendering her at death's door, her husband, though useless on the farm, would not let matters stand. Before the courts he stood, presenting evidence of that Guild Master's attempt at 2 murders and thuggery involving my family and one other dynasty. A large sum of coin earned from sheep and cow greased the palms of all three jury members, but there was a thirst for vengeance on my husband's tongue. My lady could not even leave her house without being attacked by thugs, and was basically on house arrest to keep her alive. This injustice would not stand.

As the months passed in wait for the trial, we discovered the sins of the Guild Master and her dynasty went far deeper. We were not the only dynasty suffering under her tyrannical thumb. Surely such a horrid woman, in the end, would deserve nothing less then death!

At last, the fated trial came, and the wicked woman, who thought she could feign innocence and abuse her position as Guild Master, faced the verdict. Guilty! And despite more liberal punishment laws, nothing less then death!

As she was marched to the execution block, my husband followed to proudly watch it be done. My lady, 6 months stuck inside her house and reaching age 50, was finally able to step outside and stand by her husband to watch her tormenter face justice.

We just wanted a nice farm and to raise our two daughters and son with a proper education. It didn't have to come to this. But in the end...it felt GOOD.

10/10, would execute the Guild Master again. =)
