Can't recommend enough. I've sunk a reckless amount of time into running chains of beaver production lines. All I can say to new players is: set up a hauling post at lowest priority so that you have no unemployed beavers, don't make your beavers wander too far to get home or drinking water, make more dams.

+gameplay is "rollercoaster tycoon" meets "thirsty beaver survival horror" meets "every map is uniquely challenging"
+graphics are fine. beavers are cute when you zoom in, but most of the time is spent zoomed out.
+audio are also...fine. best played on mute with something else on. definitely a "podcast game"
+system recs are mostly okay, most computers can handle 200-300 beavers, but a potato computer will get fried with too many beavers. the lag might be noticable.

the dev team has been astounding to their players. it's not the same game it was on first launch. they've recently opened up modding tools, so the possibility are grand (but pickings are slim, what with regular updates shaking out old mods)
