This game is excellent! I will point out that since I read the Fables graphic novels that the game is based on, it gave me a bit of an edge on what to expect from certain characters, and I can not speak for how a players experience will be if they have not read the books. I have heard it makes the game a bit unpredictable and hard to understand at times, but look elsewhere for a proper opinion on that.

The game also seems to fill in some unanswered questions I had from the comics (mainly about Ichabod Crane), although I don't know if this game is officially supposed to be a sort of prequel to the main storyline, I can only assume. Game play is wonderful, I have played Tell Tale's Walking Dead Series, and I absolutely love the mechanic and art style in both that and this game, so if you like The Walking Dead Game, expect more good things here!
