Great game, probably the best game. Lots of maidens

Initial impression:

The gameplay is good. The story is the most cringe story of any game I've played, and the characters and voice acting are awful.

For the gameplay alone I'd give it a recommended at around $20, but $40 is way overkill. Not to mention that you have to install Origin to play it.

It's pretty barebones for twenty bucks, and it needs a non-time limited version of endless and arena mode. Still, it's pretty fun, and I like the time trial mode.

The jumping mechanic is also pretty cumbersome until you get used to it, and sometimes it just doesn't jump.

Overall though I feel like I'm going to get my money's worth from it.

It's a blatant souls reskin, and the plot is entirely C tier anime.

But the combat and gameplay are solid, and that's really what I'm here for.

Tried it out over the free weekend. It doesn't have the pizzazz that a fallout game should have. It just feels soulless.

I might pick it up and play some more, but not for forty dollars. Maybe if it hits fifteen.

This is the best vr game by far. I wish it had melee, but it's still 10/10 to me

Great physics and a fun singleplayer campaign. I had some of the most interesting VR interactions I've ever had while playing this. Easily worth the $30

If you like monster hunter games and you have a good CPU and GPU then this is a fantastic game. Improved in every way over the last MH game I played (Monster Hunter XX for Switch).

If you aren't familiar with MH games, then watch some longer review videos and save yourself being upset at all the item/menu complexity.
