The game is legitimately unplayable. This is not an exaggeration or overreaction out of frustration, but simply an honest admission. My PC is what myself and others would consider to be a very nice build that can handle just about any game on maximum settings. And I know this to be true because I have played every single game in my library (including other Maddens) on this exact PC and have had hardly any performance issues. However, this game is absolutely atrocious and simply not playable. Upon start up of the game, my frame rate drops from 120 to 8, and stays that way until the game is fully loaded. Not a huge deal though, as once I get through all of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ advertisements for Ultimate Team that I'm not interested in are gone, I can then select the game mode I want to play. Here's where things start to go sour. No matter what game mode I select to play, my frame rate will immediately cut in half. The game also stutters and freezes throughout this entire process, but the best is yet to come. Once I've loaded the game that I want to play, (which only takes about 10 minutes) my game will freeze after the first few plays, if not sooner, and my frames will never hit over 5 fps. EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. Without fail. I have put just over 30 hours onto this game, and for this to be an issue for not only myself, but a multitude of others that I have seen complain about similar issues on Discord and Reddit is unacceptable. I deserve a full refund for a piss poor product that doesn't function, however I don't expect to receive one from the money hungry suits at EA.
