If you like portal, have a go

I will start by saying this is just a review of the current state of the game. It has a lot of potential and remembering the progression from M&B to Warband I believe this game will grow into a great game. But given the price of the game I honestly cannot recommend this game in its current state. Currently it's a step back from warband in every single player element except graphics. The quests are poorly designed, the trade element is sorely unbalanced, the combat so far has been almost identical to warband and the story is nonexistent. I cannot comment on multiplayer yet as I have barely played any.

I will say that there are no flaws so fundamental that they can't be fixed during the early access period but being early access isn't a free pass to release a barely there game when you are charging $70AUD for the honour of being a beta tester for half the game. This is why although I fully expect in the future to change my recommendation, at this stage unless you are a M&B diehard I don't believe you should get this game.

Not a terrible game but extremely overpriced for what it is. Bland generic story, washed out vistas and doesn't really delve into the potential of the story and gameplay.

I love this game. You can do so much with the barrels its incredible.

You get to be a mech pilot. Nuff said.
