Mining, dwarves, beer, and smashing bugs. What else could you want from a game?

The devs have a clear vision for this one and it shows with every update continuing to flesh it out and bring new and more that enhances the basic themes set down from the start. Tons of fun and the community has honestly been very friendly and cooperative!

10/10 A little something for everyone, that makes you feel like a space dwarf.

One of the more interesting idle games with its little references and never taking itself too seriously. It constantly adds new little features to make your next min max rebirth more interesting and adding a different approach. Just don't forget it's all about adventure mode, boss fighting is a smoke screen.

Lastly, I HATE YOU, you evil troll challenge. This was actually a true test of my patience as getting your stuff wiped as you hit the rebirth point is infuriating.

All in all a great idler with a decent amount of interactivity that isn't just based on how fast you can click per second.

So far in I have enjoyed this game as I was a big fan of Aria of Sorrow back on the GBA. I am excited for the future updates and to see some of the minor bugs and things patched out, but as it stands the game is functional and incredibly fun in the metroidvania style. The visual style used is a plus for me too because I really like the stained glass/crystally style that they have going. Oh and if you get it don't forget to find the barber if you're looking to change your character's look up every now and then!

Best game for playing with a few friends and having some nice- or not so nice- fun!

Basically, the upgrade Skyrim deserved for free anyways. With some minor optimizations and other things it's pretty great if you wanted a slightly newer coat of paint, but all the same Skyrim. This means all the bugs and things from before, but that's nothing surprising.

If you have any investment in this game already, then by all means continue to enjoy it. However War Thunder remains consistent with most F2P models and has a cancerous model that is honestly equivalent in a lot of ways to a timegated free mobile game. So if you're thinking that this might be a neat game to try out you are right, to an extent. Early in the game it is enjoyable and you are able to proceed through the content at a nice clip even if you are being rammed and absolutely annihilated by the matchmaking system or poor sports. Beyond tier 1 is a grind fest that is akin to what you might expect out of an mmo, but with a plane at the end of several hours of play and not lots of loot to sort. In the end I think this game receives a 7/10 for potential, but not recommended.

IF you haven't heard of this game or played it then you're missing out. It's like skyrim, but less of the quests and dialogue and more fighting and running an army. It's really enjoyable to roam the lands as the supreme bandit killer of the Nord Kingdom working your way to become a true warband that fights for king and country, but eventually they want you to hand over the castle you just took with your own army solo and all hell breaks loose as you declare your independence and try to claim rule over calradia yourself. This game is a time investment though because to see those late game self rule scenarios you have to invest quite a bit of time if you don't know what you're doing. As far as battle mechanics go, get used to being smacked by a couched lance every now and then. Aside from that they're great as long as you are careful and manage your troops well. Every kingdom has their strengths and weaknesses so knowing how to fight against your enemy is important, hence being careful. (aka don't fight the khergits in the field if you don't have to)

Recommended for the people who love running around smacking angry bandits with clubs.

If you're interested in Damned, then you have to be ready to put up with a handful of things including, but not limited to, that one missing key, the fact that the game doesn't always 100% work for everyone consistently due to bugs or other nonsense, and last, but not least, the fact that mary is scary. This game is an exciting horror escape game that feels kind of like a point and click game given a first person engine, only because you're running around to specific rooms and running through them to grab at keys to open new rooms etc. Knowledge is probably the most valuable weapon in this game because an inexperienced player is almost always going to lose, but that's all part of the horror fun as the monster gets to toy with them a little bit beforehand. All in all the game has its unique charm, but you will most likely have to have a group of 5 friends to really enjoy the game to its fullest.

This is more of a recommendation of approach for this game since it's still in early access. If you are on the fence at all, hold off, because the way things are now can change quite radically as new perks are introduced and the various already in place systems, such as leveling are altered and likely reset. If you, however have put several hundred hours in the original kf or plan on getting this game anyway, I suggest getting the deluxe edition to get the free copy of kf and finding some people to play with for both this and the original, because in all honesty this game at this point in time is no more than a "polished beta" as stated by Tripwire themselves. And besides the game is only truly fun when you have a group to play with. I do believe in the Tripwire team however and enjoy this game so far, but it really is a classic example of early access uncertainty.

Edit: Lazy so I'm gonna leave the above as is. As of the Incinerate N Detonate update I have formed some new opinions. I am going to recommend this game a little less until the full thing is out because as it stands the chances of winning a match above normal difficulty are small with a batch of random players or casual players. A lot of the more difficult enemies have a resistance to explosives in one way or another. Fleshpounds are the only exception, but they close the distance so fast it almost doesn't matter. Scrakes have a high resistance making using an explosive on them a waste usually. Sirens just make explosives inert so using them is even more difficult. Finally Volter himself is also resistant to explosives. This almost entirely invalidates using demolitions as an end game solution. Also maps are unique and interesting, but they are ALL what I consider close quarters with a lot of blind corners so with the addition of teleportation for zeds, they can continuously harass you around every corner.

First Bought this game on the PS3 and enjoyed it totally, but found out that the mods were pretty much only on PC so I decided to get a copy on the PC and don't regret it. Picking it up on sale on the humble store is a must to get all the dlc in one package. Now for the gameplay it is a tower defense that can be easy or hard depending on how you make it. Life is always easier with friends, but it doesn't mean you can't play solo easily because the game allows you to switch heroes mid wave and make use of all you heroes towers albeit having separate mana pools.
There is one downside I encountered immediately when I started playing though and it was the TrendyNet feature that while cool I didn't choose to start playing multiplayer until I had already created a character locally meaning I had to create an entirely new one. Also you have to be connected to Trendynet to obtain the steam achievements which is a problem too. This is all solved by private games on the Trendynet server though.
Despite these little things I do enjoy the game's fantastic design that keeps you in the action at all times trying to support your towers whether through repairs or a carefully placed blast of magic.
Overall I do enjoy this game myself and am a fan of the tower defense genre so I recommend it to anyone else who likes them and wants to boost their collection.
