Its a pretty decent game, there are a few issues that annoy the hell out of me like fist fighting being the way it is, i spent probably close to 30 minutes on my first real fist fight because i just for the life of me couldn't figure out how to do it properly, either i am mentally challenged or there is something wrong, eventually i cheesed the fight and made it through, i can do all other fighting pretty well, just not with fists, i main katana and fedora to show my superiority over the chads.

Another is that its sometimes hard to differentiate which of the enemies goes down in one hit and which ones can take a double-barreled shotgun to the face and not have the bar move any significant amount.

Beyond those two issues, i have only seen a few bugs like a t-poser, graphics glitch with a police vehicle and my hair disappearing. The game has been running almost entirely lag free at around 50 fps on high graphics, its ok, could be better.

I really enjoy the atmosphere, i enjoy walking around listening to random people, finding strange places and looting everything in sight, my number one must have perk is scrapper, its such a game changer when you just can't be bothered to deal with all the trash you pick up as a compulsive hoarder. I also enjoy the missions, big or small, they all give me enough pleasure to say that if it keeps up like this, just ramping up the difficulty as i get more skills to tackle them, thats good enough for me. It was over-hyped, but for the most part it fell well within acceptable parameters, and as you all know, it can only get better from here, unless it gets worse.

7/10, solid story so far with only having done side-quests, falls a bit short in combat, plenty of stuff to do at least in the early game where i am, falls a bit short in customization options and your abilities to do that later in the game so far at least, amazing atmosphere when you turn the volume up and do your thing.

So slow, i tried the tutorial, which is an absolute disaster mind you. I just spent the better part of half an hour building a shipyard and sending the troops and peasants over a river, only to learn on the other side that they can't actually do the job and i have to bring another group of people from the other side of the river.

Also, did i mention its so slow. Waiting five minutes for the troops to get to the river, another five to get over the river, and another five walking slowly to the objective. Now this is not a good first impression, and this is not even half of it, the fact that i got two errors in the tutorial and that my numpad changes my faction at will and the crashes i have encountered really takes away much of the pleasure of playing even the old cossacks, because this, is nothing like cossacks 2.

That is not to say that its the last i will play of the game, i will certainly try again to see if its any better in mp with my friends later on in the week, but the single player will probably never be touched again.
