I have PSTD, OCD ,Disassociative Disorder, Depression and had a psychotic break recently . All is tied back to PSTD and defensive mechanisms that went wrong. Have you ever had waking nightmares..I do..where you feel you are re-living the situation?

So far in my life I've been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder but not yet diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress disorder or Schizophrenia types of disorders. I've had an experience once that was very traumatic it was a furnace fire in my home! It was very terrifying because I was very young and two cats died in the fire luckily everyone in my family was safe besides very sadly two of my favorite cats. I was about maybe 7 at the time and had thoughts about the fire so often but then a few years later forgot then this happens... I have a strange vision and hear sounds smell smoke and the terrible event is in my mind after all these years of forgetting about the event.

I've suffered a lot of severe anxiety for the past ten years, as well as depression and panic attacks. And I regret a lot of things and have suffered from severe self hate, constantly punishing myself and blaming myself for everything that has happened to me. Only recently my therapist told me that this was all coming from trauma. I've felt a lot safer knowing that all these loose strands full of problems link back to the way I was treated. I've been in many situation at school where I was abused and humiliated, by students and teachers. Without going into details they left me with phobias and paranoia, and the fact is the event that happened has happened again multiple times, so I'm left with the constant fear of the same event happening again and again. Also I have an extremely vivid memory so these events are constantly stuck in my mind and it drives me mad. Hope you are doing well <3

I am from New Zealand but bought 100 dollar vpn to play America server. I enjoy this because they have mic and nice to me. I met nice person named TommySlayer who invite me to his group and friends. One day he ask me donate money so they make clothes for our new team. I give 1,000 dollars and come meet him America lan. We go there and then he bring me lan in his old van. We get there and we do bad, we lose 0-16. He ask me again for money cuz he blame his old computer, i give him 1000 dollar then i find out i dropped from team because he find new person from Canada he is to join. I am pissed to i steal his laptop, and teams laptop and bring back NZ. I find out that one team had alienware laptop which is very pro and now i am very good with 100 fps. I practice everyda and hope to meet new friends and go to lan and be better than before.
