Please play this game, it deserves game of the year.

Extremely satisfying and nostalgic gameplay even for games you've never played before. The feelings that this game provoke are almost indescribable, the levels can be deceivingly quiet yet absolutely beautiful with the simple yet cleverly crafted music, all the while filled with hostile enemies.

In particular the prison level was my personal favorite, being a direct reference to the prison of hope from Demon's souls (also my favorite level from said game)

It's simply beautiful and perfect.

Never before has a game made me question the basic fundamentals of who I am and challenged my puzzle solving skills at the same time

This game is extremely nostalgic for me, being one of the very first steam games i played seven years ago.
Who cares if the graphics aren't outstanding. The gameplay gave me such a great feeling of adventure and truly sparked my love for sailing and boats. This is the OG even before Sea of Thieves.

It's truly a masterpiece. and i'm not even 1% through the game yet.

An absolutely outstanding souls game, the satisfaction from learning a difficult boss outweighs the many many attempts and being absolutely destroyed.

This game will always have a place in my heart

I'll admit I gave up on this game right after the first boss, I was not invested enough to stick around through the new area of lothric and just left the game for about a year. I came back to it with a new desire to play and absolutely fell in love with everything about it. The difficulty, the special items, the unique NPCs. Every aspect of this game is absolutely amazing and I can't recommend it more.

The satisfaction from defeating a boss after multiple failed attempts or finding the bonfire after a long journey are the best feelings you could ever have from this game.

Highly recommend. Absolute most favorite game I have every played. Have 5,000,000+ meters sailed on Microsoft version and i just recently made the switch to steam.

You get to keep all your stuff and character for those wondering.

Really enjoyable PvP even though everyone cries about it. Get gud

Highly recommend buying the story if you haven't played it. Online has definitely come a long way from waiting in a mission for 30 minutes just for 60 dollars, my main account on xbox is around lvl 120 and i really enjoyed grinding it out.

If you have a pc that can handle it i recommend playing.
