This is just awful. It just doesn't work. Build several crop farms, great. Now, build a flour mill that requires crops. The mill will import from outside the city, rather than use the crop farms that are right next to it. Build a silo for the crop farms. The silo IMMEDIATELY after being built has every truck in existence from the outside world deliver crops to it. Basically, factories import rather than use the materials your city is making, and warehouses/storage gets used by outsiders importing rather than storage for your own made materials. Its just an absolute mess and not worth it. I don't bother using it anymore. Too bad, because it'd be a great idea if they made it work well.

Played it a bit, enjoyed it. Now it constantly crashes on start up. I've tried everything I can, google/youtube tutorials, nothing fixes it. Not sure what happened. Would love to play it again. But can't. Shrugs.jpg

Dear Steam,

I hold no nostalgia for this game, as I never played it when it came out years ago. I bought it recently, and we loaded it up for some good ol' fashioned co-op. Now, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This is the worst, bag of ♥♥♥♥, I have ever played. I'm so upset, that I want the makers to develop tumors. Now, that may be harsh, and I may regret it later, but right now, I am angry. We didn't make it past the first bunch of zombies. The controls were so bad, I might as well have been playing with my feet. To give you an example, we played the hell out of killing floor 1, which came out 2 months after this hunk of ♥♥♥♥. Such a superior game as far as controls go. Honestly, if you have never played this game before, and hold no nostalgia for it, take a big fat passorooni. Game sucks, breh.

Ive been playing the killing floor series since about 2012. Still so much fun.

EDIT : So my first review was when this game was pretty new. After its been out for years, I'd recommend NOT getting this game. This type of game with these graphics are just not ready yet. They have NEVER fixed the problem with elastic banding of players/npcs/animals. It makes combat almost impossible. They keep adding and adding things. But I'd rather less substance and quality on the performance front. I had hopes when I first reviewed, as the game was still very fresh. But, it hasnt improved on performance AT ALL.

Alright, so I was pretty upset about how awful this game performed when I first got it, and the amount of hackers on every server I joined. I have to say that after recent updates, the performance is MUCH better. This has become one of my fave games. I really like that they limited the loot, which has forced me to put more focus on crafting things such as weapons and backpacks (I made a backpack out of human skin. Thanks to whoever I killed!). Its hands down the best survival game Ive played. And it seems the possabilities are endless. I look forward to the introduction of vehicles (land, sea, and air!) and fortifications.
