@Skyline: That sounds like the hardware is struggling to keep up with all the mods and is skipping a few ticks. Cities are known to get quite laggy when using DE in combination with Neurotrauma for example. I believe there are patches that reduce the amount of NPCs which can help with performance in those places.

Hello! I'm running immersive ignitables on my current server and was wondering if something like a cigar case could be added, similar to the packs of cigarettes, to hold a few cigars and a lighter in it so the captain can chainsmoker cigars instead of cigarettes like the rest of the crew. Hi, me and my guys are trying to create a server for the game Barotrauma, and we use mostly mods written by you, but also Dynamic Europa, COL, Real Sonnar, Mechtrauma, Barotraumatic and a couple of other minor mods. We have encountered the problem that at outposts like CITY or when encountering pirate submarines or ruins, everyone has the problem that they try to walk a couple of metres and then they are rejected. All tried everything, but it did not get better

Is there any hope for the NEEDS mod? A duplicate affliction issue isn't letting it work properly
