Streets of Rogue is a sill rogue-lite that's a blast to play. Even in alpha, there are multiple ways to accomplish your missions and many unlockables to be had. Gameplay is very satisfying and smooth as well. Great game at the current price and sure to get even better.

Kona is basically the survival of The Long Dark meets the mystery of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. Both of which are great games. I do feel like the survival aspect needs to be a little more strict. So far, I can pretty much run around willy nilly with mild concern about about my wellbeing. But I supose the mystery is the greater focus here. I wouldn't say that this game shines in any particular way, but I quite enjoy everything I've seen so far. I just hope the full game can live up to the price tag.

Here's a gameplay video of Kona:

Yeah, yeah, yeah it's kinda like XCOM and FTL and all that.
For me, it's just an awesome turn-based RPG. The abilities and visuals bring me back to the good ol' days of Final Fantasy and the like. And it's all in a Star Trek like universe. The story is a bit lacking for me, but the gameplay is really fun and addicting.

This game is charming, weird, and satisfying. Somehow walking around, finding crap all over the ground is incredibly fun. Also, the art style is like Xenogears on shrooms. So it gets my thumbs up!

I had a blast playing this game. The puzzles are clever and challenging, and the story is gripping. I really liked that at the end of each chapter, after a round of puzzles, you get a chance to look around and try to piece together what happened to your crew. Great game!
Here's a look at Chapter 1.

Good game for 10 bucks. I really like strategy and tower defense games and this is sort of a mix of that. You build defenses for your main base while sending people out to scavange for resorces.
Really cool style too.
There is an issue with the AI though (I think). They seem to just run after the first thing that shoots them, disregarding units that come closer and begin to shoot them. This makes it very easy to bait the zombies away from your base for most of the game.

This game is a whole lot of fun. After we recorded the video, my friends and I were hooked and we played for a few more hours. Great variety in guns, enemies, and levels. The only problem was that we couldn't figure out how to unlock the next 3 areas. I'm guessing you need to beat all of the bosses in the first 3 areas. But we kept dying which sets you back to square one. Slightly agrivating. Still a blast though! And definitely more fun with friends :)

OK, hear me out. The game is good. You get Batman in all of his Bat-glory and you get another incredible Telltale story. But I feel obligated to tell you about a couple of issues before you make your buying decision.

Only about 10% of the game includes any actual gameplay, which consists primarily of quick time events. Being under 2 hours long, this is more like a movie than a game. A $25 movie. Of course, this $25 will be of much greater value when the other episodes are released.

The other issue is the lack of consequence. In previous Telltale games, your decisions had significant and often shocking impact on the story and characters. In this game, I don't think any of my decisions actually changed a single thing. A few characters "remembered" what I did, but the game really let me get away with anything. There were even multiple times when I hit the wrong button during quick time events and nothing bad happened at all. ("I am Batman" is no excuse. But nice try.)

In my video I said I had a great time playing and it's true. I did. It was fun. But I got the game for free. It’s hard for me to say if it’s worth the $25 at the moment. I’m hoping the coming episodes will be more compelling and give everyone something to rave about.

EDIT: It sounds like a lot of poeple are having crashes and framerate issues. The game runs fine on my PC, but my PC is quite the beast. This may be another reason for you to hold off on purchasing for now.
