Very fun game to play... if you were late to the party
Playing dead cells for a long time is like watching your favourite T.V. show deteriorate over time. The update of plenty did some necessary changes to the economy of the game, making it easier to do the mental math when visiting a shop. However it came at the cost of setting perhaps the most frustrating precedent for this game. Every single update after this came with heavy changes to the game's mechanics. Starting with the removal of weapons being able to increase your scroll count, every single update that has come out after that has attached to it some kind of major change. Basically you're getting a whole different game every time the developers decide it's time to patch it up.

I can't find myself to keep playing this game when it just changes so much, after about a year of having this game I have come to realize that this is not the game I signed up for, at the beginning of this journey I was aware that some changes needed to be done and that more content needed to be added but the game was fine, it was fun, engaging and well-suited for different skill levels. Fortunately for me, I can still play my favourite version of this game and forget the rest of the updates exist, I would just be sad that new people coming in will never know how good we had it.
