Glad I gave this a go. It's a ~2 hour campaign that I feel really picks up in the second half.

The devs got very creative with the action sequences, and the horror segments were surprisingly unnerving. The puzzles were a tad uninspired (imo) and the mod could use a bit more polish all around, but that's okay--you won't get in the base game what is offered here, so it's a worthwhile play for any Half-Life fan. Hard recommend.

f*cking epic

It plays like a lost chapter of HL2: Ep. 2. The pacing is perfect and the maps look like Valve themselves made them. My only gripe is that it's too short, even by mod standards. But, hey, hardly a complaint given that it's free and it only took me 5-10 minutes to download.

This game is great, but it's hard. Play the original first so you don't get your ass kicked.

I wholeheartedly recommend this game.

PROS:
- Realistic and accurate depiction of what life was really like for African slaves in colonial America
- Life-like graphics and faces
- Great teaching tool for children
- Slave tetris

CONS:
- None! (seriously this game is amazing)

It is great fun and very educational, would recommend to anyone interested in the history of American slavery.
