It's a gacha game and as such there are three rules.

You will never be the best, the only measure of strength is besting yourself.
You will never have everything, so work for what you want and be content with what you have.
Spending money on a gacha game isn't evil, but if your enjoyment ever depends on spending money it is time to move on.

OMG preach! This is the real deal, I've been playing for months and I'm still enjoying it. Gotta love the grind.
