Sometimes when loading into the match after the loadout select screen, when the screen turns white to transition you from the loadout screen to the actual game match, the game just doesn't load and stays white till you close it or it crashes automatically.

I ended up losing multiple world tours due to this. It happens every 1-2 game matches, so I could be fine one game match, but the next one after stops working and I have to restart my game every single time.

Hardware issue is probably why, not too sure tbh, but it's a shame. The game is really fun. I just can't work with this being a problem.

I am still not into yuri but this was honestly fun.

just a heads up. don't go to hardmode immediately. Experience was less fun overall, but the visuals and the fun gameplay loop was worth the pain I think

I can't speak for the PVP component since I generally don't engage with pvp, but the rest of the game is incredibly fun
Most encounters I've had in story mode actively challenges me since it seems like most of the enemies are capable of downing me as well as I am capable of downing them.
It's no Final Fantasy Tactics, nor is it better than Tactics Ogre, but as a gacha game and a standalone game with no franchise to hold intrigue from, it's honestly a fun and charming game.

This becoming free is still a partial compensation for what you've done to it

There are better games out there.
And as much as you think to yourself "But it has RWBY" or "But it's a crossover with all my favorite franchises!"

Don't fall for that trap, you could be spending your time playing the more polished modern fighting games like Mortal Kombat 1, Street Fighter 6, or Guilty Gear Strive. You could wait for the up and coming fighting games like Tekken 8, Undernight 2. You could even play older games like Guilty Gear XX Accent Core, Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code, JJBA Heritage for the future.

Hell, if you really want to scratch your crossover itch, just download MUGEN or Marvel vs Capcom.
You want the team system? Also Marvel vs Capcom, but you have other options like KOF, Skullgirls, Power Rangers: Battle For the Grid, Dragon Ball FighterZ, and if you want to make your life miserable, Project L is another up and coming tag team fighter with League of Legends characters.

Censorship is pretty bad even if it's for good reason

But look, even if it's similar, you can easily distinguish nazi imagery from something that is inspired in design purely.
The red brassard/armlet isn't even unique to the nazis.

One point I can only agree with is the censorship of Filia since she is a minor, but that could be solved with a lore rewrite where she is actually 20-something-ish. It wouldn't take much time, and the story writers can come up with a proper justification like how she was a flunkee that was held back or smth.

Altering Big band's story cutscene even slightly because it looked racist is stupid. It was a scene painted in a clearly negative light and was meant to show the corruption of the police as they brutally beat him down.

Worse is the censorship of concept art from what I saw. Censoring the actual history of the game because it didn't fit modern sensibilities is dumb. And even if you consider how awful of a person Mike Z was, denying the past involving him is not the way to do it.
