If you're into realistic shooters this one is for you. Great comminity. Almost all of the games I've played has people working together and using mics.

EDIT: After playing for 20 hours I still really like the game. However there are a TON of bugs. Every game I seem to encounter at least one. Please fix this! I'm tired of my gun dissapearing, hands not appearing, etc. Really breaks the immersion.
