A lovely mix of anime and Guide Damn It

Seriously that prologue boss' second form is another entry in the monster guide. Thats some Tales of Vesperia ♥♥♥♥ right there. I can't remember if it's the only instance of that (well, without going into spoilers) or not. Vesperia made me really paranoid of that :/

Also if there's a reason why the stuff I have equipped doesnt always show as being in my inventory while in the shops I'd like to hear it. It was this way in the PS3 version and its always been a minor nitpick of mine.

If you can endure getting stuck as captain/pilot and then have all your teammates quit then I guess it's an okay game...

Imagine if Bumblebee is 100% more likeable than his focus-grouped Bayformers counterpart, could do a Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, and could equip DRILL HANDS.

It's a really fun brawler by Platinum in the stylings of G1 Transfomers (read: GEEWUN[tfwiki.net]). Don't get hung up on the story- go back and watch the old cartoon. This is pretty par for the course.

I think it's Num8 to toggle the road rules thing, right? I wouldn't mind it so much if the timer didn't make this cricket-y sound that burns into my skull. Mother of god...I can still hear it when I close m- AHHHH ITS IN MY HEAD MAKE IT STOP

Ceti eel simulator aside, this a reaaaaally good racing game. So far none of the cars I've driven don't feel like bricks with wheels and it doesn't have that IMPRESS US vibe that, say, Need for Speed Underground gave me. I don't care what my Street Cred™ is I just want to go fastly. And that's what this game does pretty dang well.

Only other caveats I found so far:
- post-Not So Ultimate Box DLC held at ransom by EA (Criterion has moved on, so no Delorean for you)
- UI is a little sketch, smells of console
- upon car crash your punishment is to watch your crash in slow motion with no way to skip
- the smug narrator guy won't shut up
