Personally I love this game but I can't in good faith recommend it to anyone due to the absolutely atrocious multiplayer performance. Normally that would be fine given the game doesn't require you to play with others however the games single player/pve content is very narrow without a plethora of mods. Multiplayer though amazing when it works rarely works due to extremely poor optimization and coding by the devs. A conversation I had on one of the official servers sums it up best "They released the game with limited single player content leading its player base to want multiplayer improvements that we rarely ever get and when we do they are nothing substantial and now that they are finally doing the bare minimum of single player content they further neglect the player base and try to shovel DLC at everyone in hopes they cling to the dream."
