Honestly it would be such a good game if they fixed the dieting system, you can literally join a 200 pop server and not see anyone for 20 mins and then starve because AI don't spawn.

It also has worse net code that siege.. 20 ping yet still get people teleport killing

DO not buy (yet).

Objectively, it's a good game. Please just wait for the server issues to be fixed.

It has a much better feel than D4 but not as complex as PE. Skills and actions feel great.

However, if you do decide to buy it in it's current state: Prepare for hours of load time. I've been stuck in char select for 30 minutes now, and each loading screen between towns/locations can sometimes take up-to 10 minutes.

Used to play the old one, was really fun but just installed fresh after a few years and it won't let you launch the game - Says no build found despite installing/updating 10 times

Everything was fine, until we got to the end cave and it bugged out and phased 2 of us out of the map and ruined the save.

Broken mess, you can complete this game 100% in less than 2 hours.

Base building not the same as the first game, sadly not even close although I like the custom log placement but it's missing a lot of building features.

Poorly advertised "Co-op" (it's not really feasible)
If you got this game hoping to play co-op, don't bother because it's not possible due to the extreme limitations
- If host dies, everyone dies
- Can't heal, can't get more than 1 flask
- Can't loot or interact with the world
- Same as DS3, requires crafting to even do co-op (though easy to craft, boring mechanic)

Combat extremely clunky, worse than Dark Souls 3
Stuttering is really bad sometimes, especially on horse back

Soooo...

You choose a server, you join and you die within 5 seconds by a person with a gun. Rinse and repeat. Choose a different server - it's the exact same thing there and on every other server.

However, it's a fun game playing on your own (ei - empty or private server).
