Certainly the most memorable RTS I have ever played. I find that some games age very badly, especially if I was a kid when I first played them, and the nostalgic feeling can't carry me through a game that feels outdated now. That is not the case with Original war. You can definitely tell that it's two decades old, but it doesn't try to impress you with flashy graphics or action-packed gameplay. Instead, it takes you on a journey through an interesting sci-fi story, with lots of small details to build an immersive world around you, with grand political struggle and personal mini-stories, and this storytelling aspect didn't age one bit. 10/10.
