Incredibly good, but on the shorter side. Guess that's why they didn't charge 60$ for it.

Definitely worth picking up if you like mystery, deduction, and Sherlock.

Early Access Review
I'll start by saying while the first several hours of the game are enjoyable, only with friends, the game as a whole is VERY EARLY ACCESS and I recommend staying away as long as possible if you don't want to ruin your experience when the game is actually a complete game.

Pros
-Better graphics than TF1
-Mild improvements to very few game mechanics
-Now has guns

Cons
-No quickbar inventory. Frequently you'll be getting your head bashed in for no apparent reason other than "oh ♥♥♥♥ I need to grab something out of my inventory" which pauses your character in a locked window.
-Building is non-existent. Outside of a bench and a tent, you literally need to build nothing in this game. The concept of a permanent mega-base with walls and traps doesn't exist and isn't necessary. This fact is exasperated by the fact they tried so hard to give you worker slaves to build bases that you don't need.
-Points of interest (caves) are often barren, containing nothing more than a few boxes of random loot. This isn't so much a problem, but the game wants you to go to these point of interest. Half of the time I've spent in this game is running simulator as the island is massive with nothing to see. It has less content than TF1 in 3x the space, which makes for a very boring 10 min run between points marked on the GPS.
-90% of the game is locked behind finding the 1 cave that has a shovel. You can pretty much quit when you find the shovel.
-Multiplayer is busted. Different players experience different seasons in the game. Host was swimming in a lake while it was iced over for everyone else.
-Game is incredibly short. After you find a shovel and keycard, you are done with the game. There's other tools but you don't need them.

Final Thoughts
The game is not worth the price in its current state, which is why they knew they couldn't charge more than 30$ without pissing off the entire community. Hopefully they do make frequent updates and fix these issues.

Bought game. Game good. See leaderboards full of Chinese players even though NA. Instantly feel good as I pass them at their own game. 10/10 would grind Chinese again.

While I'll say the hype didn't stand up (it was insane), this game is definitely still one of the best games to come out this year. CD Project Red definitely delivered an immersive and exceptional experience, which is multiplied by the fact this studio has NEVER created a futuristic FPS style game ever. With that in mind this game is definitely a 10/10 in my books, and I have faith from their previous games that they will deliver REAL content and expansions. Deus Ex wishes it could have been this good, and Deus Ex was good.

Pros:
-Very Immersive
-Beautiful
-Dynamic hacking that actually has use in combat
-Actually feels like an RPG where your decisions matter and the dialogue choices unlock alternative and bonus content sometimes
-Game runs insanely smooth if you play on recommended settings. I've had no frame drops or issues.

Mehs:
-Combat can feel off at times. The game is definitely more about story and immersion than a super shooter.

Cons:
-Doesn't break any big ground on the genre. With that said it does take all the best elements and maximizes their potential, and the story is obviously unique.
-Many users reporting bugs. I have only seen a few and they were not a huge deal but they were immersion breaking.
