Decided to wait for s2 to see if the game would improve, turns out it pushes the game even further down a path of no return. The game no longer rewards mastery, and has sold out the core identity of the franchise in favor of chasing an audience that the game will never appeal to. DO NOT BUY.

Definitely one of the tighter FPS Rogue-lite's I've ever played. Scratches that perfect speed/game length itch for like 20-30 minute games that you can just slip into your day.
