I disagree, while I think ARMA 2's modding scene was better and the campaign was much better, the improvement in graphics are enough to offset that

base game is shit, modding scene is worse than arma 2. controls are better, sure. but a weak successor to OFP with none of the previous devs from arma 2 (creative directors don't count) working on arma 3.
