I am revising my original review...After nearly 1000 hours I began to hate this game. The changes and pushes were annoying me. I walked away for a year. But I recently came back. I'm addicted all over again.

This is one of those games you love and hate and love again. There is a lot to do and a lot to kill. So much variety in the creatures and environments. You have to build a lot and the open world option means you can get in settle down and have all the toys ready to go before doing the missions. You can even call things down from your ship with no penalty (at this time).

I would recommend this game and advise that if you want a fun and at times challenging game of survival and adventure go for it.

I enjoy this rough survival game very much. It has mechanics of other survival games but twists that make it unique and difficult. You will die just accept that and learn from it
