When legendary game designer Shigeru Miyamoto invented video games in 2002 with the legendary "Mario 64", he is quoted as saying "My only wish is that those who follow in my footsteps will one day create the perfect game".

On December 2nd, 2024, upon the release of Get To Work, he smiled and said "My Wish Has Been Granted".

This game is Miyamoto's dream brought to life. A tour de force. A masterpiece. A game that not only changes in response to the players actions... but changes the player in response to ITS actions.

You do not emerge from this game the same man or woman you entered as - and WARNING - you cannot go back to the person you used to be. You will be stronger, smarter, faster, and better. Those from your old life may shy away from your newfound brilliance. You will cast them aside. Not out of malice - but the same way a god might brush aside a galaxy while striding through the infinity of our cosmos - its' simply too far beneath you to care.

To climb in this game is to hear all the poetry of the world at once, sung by a choir of angels. But...

To fall is to see the world burn to ash in your very palms... to see the cathedrals crumble and the wings of doves crumple as they plummet into lakes of tar.

Can you stomach the power? Can you afford to take the risk? The only way to answer the question is to play - and the cowardice of avoiding the answer will haunt you through your bloodline into eternity... so the real question is...

Can you afford not to.

(It also has a funny podcast too. Made me LOL! )

Early Access Review
Did you like Hearthstone, but wished it little more depth (not an overhwhelming amount, but a bit more) and a little less randomness?

Spiritwalk Studios have created the perfect game for you. There are a ton of reasons to love this game (the art style is shaping up to be amazing / there are a ton of fun/unique cards / the classes are interesting / potential Single Player on the horizon) but those differences from Hearthstone were the most convincing to me in the game's current pre-alpha state.

The core gameplay is INCREDIBLE and rewarding to learn. Thinking about the game gets you more wins than just buying better cards or getting lucky, and that is so rare to have that without the game turning into Chess and removing the "heart". It's still a card game, it still has fun/unique characters and classes, but a little extra thought on your turns goes a long way and that is super refreshing. Community also happens to be super nice and developers clearly have a lot of passion. For some people I'd suggest waiting until the full release to experience the most polished product, but if any of what I said above interests you - checking this game out now will be worth your time!
