The MS Paint at its finest.
Very simple but nice drawn graphics, low quality but good enough music and simple pointing and clicking gameplay. The text only dialogs are also funny.

I like p&c adventure games mainly for their scenarios, but I have little patience to play them for too long. Metal Dead is a small game that lasted enough to keep me occupied and it does not get repetitive.

It's price is fair enough.

Generally, I've enjoyed my time playing this game. I think there's a sequel coming up, too.

+Great soundtrack.
+Easy gameplay.
+Interesting story.
+Different ways to upgrade your characters, as you cannot max out all of your stats.

-Lots of text reading.
-The campaign ends a little bit unexpectedly. It could be bigger, too.
-Not enough time to upgrade all your characters and small max level limits.

Being 2 years old sucks.

PS. Glad that I've kept most of my teddy bears all these years.

+ Graphics with beautiful psychedelic colors. Great backgrounds and general art.
+ Sound with speech, atmospheric music and battle effects.
+ Easy to earn all achievements.
+ Level editor.

- Gameplay. It's kinda difficult to control the heroes in full 3D environment with automatic camera.
* Note that the game is still pretty playable either way.
- Lack of heroes' skills compared to previous games.
- Small campaign and incomplete. The story will be continued at a future release.
- Too easy levels. There are some challenging moments, but in general the game is very easy.
- High price.

I still recommend the game, because it's by far not poorly made, but I suggest you wait for a big discount in order to buy it. Otherwise, you will feel disappointed.

+ Pixel art graphics.
+ Psychedelic lights and colors.
+ Cool soundtrack.
+ Nice audio effects. Loved the bathroom's thrilling sounds.
+ Easy gameplay.
+ Awesome characters and unique abilities.
+ All kinds of people and creatures! Security guards, soldiers, zombies, aliens etc.
+ Each map is almost different with generated traps and can be played with different approaches.
+ Campaign story was ok.

- I would love to see more details at better resolutions
- It would be nice to be able to kill cops, engineers and medics (Cops, SWAT and FBI agents can be killed by traps though).
- Music tracks are few and feel repetitive after some time. But, putting the music volume to zero and playing some random electronic from your library, fits with the atmosphere as well.
- Medics ignore you when you kill people in front of them.
- The DJ keeps playing after you decapitate him (lol).
- Some obstacles may block you badly.

I had a lot of fun playing this game as it may provide awesome, but also frustrating moments.
Each playable character is challenging and most of the time it requires patience, speed and some luck.
There are moments, when you may lose at the beginning of a stage or at the end, having one or two victims remaining.
But it was awesome at some points when I decided to go berserk and try to catch up and kill all before calling the cops.

I hope there will be a sequel and a map editor.

Relaxing game. It reminds me of Portal and Q-beh.

I hate payable DLCs. But this one is free! And it adds great stuff, too!

+Brutal weapons (2 only, but with modes through nice transformations)
+Free DLC (beware that after the DLC installation, it may erase your original game's checkpoints)
