Played this game until about mid level 20s and took a break as I went to visit someone for a few weeks.

Next boot of game: "Hey want a little welcome back boost?" I think ah it's probably like a temporary xp bonus or some yellow items like plenty of other mmos do. Nope. Instant level 50, Inventory full of legendaries. All shrines unlock across all characters permanently. No prompt. No warning.

That isn't a boost, that's a game skip. Progression is one of the most important parts of a game for me and Blizzard decided to destroy that to appeal to the power gamers. If I could refund the game I would.
