It is such a shame that this game is as dead as it is, because it is absolutely *wonderful.*

The gameplay is damn near perfect. The objective is simple and easy to understand, the plays made to reach said objective are risky enough to pose a threat, and my god the combat is *crisp.* The way the guns and powers feel are beyond what I've felt in other shooters. Powerful, impactful, and ACCURATE, it's great.

Beyond that, the characters are vibrant and fun, and jam packed with lore. Even just little bits of dialogue will reveal their secrets, and lore geeks like myself eat that kinda thing up so quick. Every character is recognizable and appealing, (I've only played for 2 days and can immediately name every character at a glance! = Fantastic character design!)

Loot boxes feel rewarding. The battle passes (Now more akin to DLCs) aren't time-pressured, and have actually genuinely good cosmetics in them, rather than just chromas like some other games.

Matchmaking is slow nowadays, which is really just an impact of the devs being gone and the game falling under. But even if you can't find a game, it autofills with bots that are genuinely still fun to play against.

Overall, I can't recommend this game enough, and it's heartbreaking to see what's become of it. Even if all you ever do is pick it up and play with some friends, you will have *so, so, so much fun.*

Maybe something will happen someday, and the game will be picked up by another dev team. I can only hold out hope. It deserves to stay alive.

Oh this game is a GEM. Already, I'm itching to continue playing. I can see myself pouring hundreds of hours into this in the future, especially as the game continues to develop.

The art style is so perfectly dismal. Even with the low-poly style, I keep finding myself getting lost because I stop to stare at how beautiful and haunting the environment is. All the fields of wildflowers somehow surviving in this crushed, radioactive world, with anomalous storms pulsing across the sky- ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dude, I have goosebumps just thinking about it.

Devs, y'all have nailed it. This is a perfect combination of something like S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Lethal Company, and Project Zomboid, and I don't know how it works as well as it does- Hell, that sort of genre blend SHOULDN'T work. But somehow you've done it, and this is easily going to be within my top played games.

Thank you so much for creating this. I cannot wait to see how the game progresses moving forward.

As much as I loved this game (believe me when I say this game is STUPIDLY fun, an absolute blast), I just cannot in good conscience recommend a game that utilizes as much predatory gambling and shameless generative AI as this. I have hopes that maybe someday the devs will realize this and do a massive overhaul, because this game has **so much potential**, but until then, I just gotta step back and say I can't recommend it anymore. :(

By the gods. Okay.
Look-- I initially only downloaded this for the memes. I mean, a shoddy looking free to play MMO with ELVIRA HERSELF as a canon character. How could I not immediately hit the download button?

However... Even though I've only played through the tutorial and intro sequence so far, I can tell that this will be a game that I frequent for a very long time. And that's coming from someone who only moderately likes MMOs,

This game doesn't take itself seriously, even a little bit, and I LOVE that. Every single second of JUST THE INTRO has had me rolling with laughter, from the horrid comic sans speech bubbles to the absolute disregard of any threat that the main villain might pose. I'm in LOVE.

And Gameplay wise? Perfection. It has the clunky numbers bar that any MMO utilizes, but I'm able to target enemies just by walking up to them and attacking somewhat near their vicinity (take notes, Blizzard). Everything feels like exactly what I've always wanted from games like WoW that they never provided, even considering that they charge out the ass for subscriptions.

Hell, I like this game so much that even if they do spring up a subscription on me once I've gotten to such-and-such a level, I'm very much willing to pay for a game like this. There's heart and soul put into this and nothing feels truly generic, even though that was clearly the style they were going for (and mocking).

Thank you AQ3D devs. You guys have given me a fresh perspective on MMO games and have genuinely renewed my love for them. Keep doing what you do, and even if you don't charge a monthly subscription, I will gladly buy what I can to support you. Please keep setting such a perfect example. All I ask in the future is potentially more class options. Seriously, that's it. I'm very easy to please.

I cannot recommend this game enough, truly. I used to be a firm believer that multiplayer horror didn't work as horror, just because friends joke around and it lessens the impact of the atmosphere- but this game has such brilliant sound design and knows how to make players feel isolated, even when they're all together, and it absolutely blows my MIND. And with the updates steadily coming out, I see this game lasting for a long time. Keep it up :)

Hearing some ESO reviews, I was very skeptical about this game. But truth be told, I really enjoy it, ESPECIALLY for the reasons that I hear a lot of people complain about, and let me tell you why!

ESO is not Skyrim, by far. And I know everyone was hoping for a multiplayer Skyrim when ESO came out. But honestly, being set more in Morrowind, I think the setting works so much better on a story telling aspect.
I haven't played very much of Morrowind- the controls are just a little too janky for me to feel completely immersed. But I still love the story and remember a good amount of it. And I was absolutely blown away in ESO, stepping off the ship and into Seyda Neen, how it felt like that intro to Morrowind, just with better graphics. I was amazed, and the idea of the city staying so intact for so many centuries is amazing.

What's weird to me in ESO is how small I feel as a player, but I think that aspect works brilliantly for the setting and the story. The buildings are so much bigger, the world itself towers above me, and suddenly I don't have that "Prophetic Hero" feeling that every other Elder Scrolls game has given me. Even in quests where I AM supposedly a hero of prophecy, I still feel humbled by the vastness of everything around me, It's amazing, and a refreshing outlook on the Elder Scrolls world.

Of course, there are a few things I would change- The controls are weird (thank goodness for keybinding!), and I wish character names would be bound to my username like in games like Neverwinter so that I could name my character anything I wanted without worrying that someone else already had the name. But all in all, this has been a very enjoyable experience and I've been happy to have that sense of whimsy and wonder from exploration back in my life! ♥

Is this the best MMO in the world? By no means. But as someone who does not have the experience of the original Ragnarok, I think this game is still pretty great!

Graphics aren't bad at all. The colours are pretty and theres a decent variety in character creation. Even on low settings, the game is still visually appealing!

The story is sweet too. While there are some major issues with poor english translation and a lot of the quests are a matter of trying to decipher what you're supposed to do, I find myself all heartwarmed over the story and I enjoy reading it, unlike a lot of MMO's I've played.

Voice acting could be better, that's for sure. But I've noticed a lot of voice actors that I recognize, which is neat!

The best part about this game though? It's the only MMO that runs flawlessly on my ♥♥♥♥ PC. I've been dying for a nice MMO with a small population and a cute style of characters and graphics for a while, and none of the others that I've tried have run properly ( ♥♥♥♥ you, En Masse. ) So if you're in a pinch like I am and have the low spec blues, this game is great!

For people with low-memory computers, beware. For whatever God forsaken reason, En Masse decided to make the main area only have one server to access it with. Memory-based crashes ahead! Otherwise, this is exactly what I've always looked for in an MMO. Great gameplay, cute characters, wide variety for customization, battle that's more than standing in place hitting the 1 and 2 buttons... Very fun game. Slows down my computer to all hell, but one of my favourites FOR SURE.
