U cant win all ur MMR matches, some games there is going to be times u feel like playing Public games then u waste ur time in PUBS thinking ur so good, u play with ur friends u think ur getting better, BUT guess what son? if ur not doing ur MMR EVERYDAY MEANS UR SKIPPING UR LEG DAY,ur skipping ur BICEPS day, ur TRICEPS, UR QUADRACEPS, but u not missing ur fap day.People like this never reach any goals.My Tips, MMR EVERYDAY -Arvin
