It's a copy of Magic Survival (mobile game), but it costs 2€ vs free. When you get a good run going, the game stops giving you powerups in favor of 25 gold bags for some reason. Very rewarding to make the run completely bland and boring once you take off the ground. The point of god runs in roguelites is to see just how crazy powerful you can become, but this game just stops giving you powers after level 50 or so. I hesitate to say it's even worth it for the price when the game it's copied is literally free.

Played the campaign on ultra-violence, and had a fantastic experience. 12 hours played and it still felt short. I had never touched a Doom game prior to this, so I found myself reading a lot of notes left around the levels, which is a good way to introduce new players to the world. If you know what Doom is all about or don't care much for lore, you can skip straight to the next action piece, which is what I ended up doing most of the time once I felt I'd gotten a pretty good grasp on the world.

Got it on sale and gave it a go since it's often touted as one of the best games of all time. Came out in 2007, and the gameplay isn't good for the time (this has nothing on Half Life 2 (2004)) and certainly doesn't hold up today. Tedious, clunky and repetitive. The gunplay and excessive hacking stands out as especially frustrating. The story loses it's steam half way through, and at that point you succumb to the sunken cost fallacy where instead of quitting you keep trudging through just to see how it ends. Unless you're very interested in the story and lore of Bioshock, I wouldn't recommend it.
